Grace and Truth Christian Academy opened in 2022. For 2026-2027, we will be offering K4 and Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

We plan to add one grade level each succeeding year.

Advantages of a Classical Christian School

We are a classical Christian school that is a community of parents and teachers who share a commitment for teaching children to love learning and grow in godliness. Bible courses and Bible memorization are not just added to the students’ day; all subjects are viewed through the lens of Scripture. Smaller class sizes also aid in student learning and development.

Our school will provide a rigorous Christian curriculum; helping children become disciples of Christ by providing a well-rounded education based on God’s Word, Christian values, biblical teaching and academic excellence.

We can provide smaller class sizes that foster a learning environment where teachers are free to instruct using positive Christian values and teaching children Christian principles including truth, grace, love and respect.

Accreditation Statement

Accreditation and State Approval Grace and Truth Christian Academy (GTCA) is a member of the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) and the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS). As of October 2024, GTCA is nationally accredited through ACTS. GTCA is also recognized by the Oklahoma State Department of Education through its membership in the Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Commission (OPSAC).

The Guardians is the mascot for Grace and Truth Christian Academy, and its biblical foundation is deeply meaningful. The term “guardian” in Scripture refers to someone entrusted with care, protection, and oversight—both practically and spiritually—of others and of the Christian faith.

In the Old Testament, a guardian was often responsible for the well-being and protection of another person, such as a child or someone unable to care for themselves. This role required vigilance, compassion, and stewardship.

In the New Testament, the concept of guardianship expands to include spiritual oversight. The Apostle Paul, for example, uses the metaphor of a guardian to describe the function of the law before Christ’s coming. Galatians 3:24-25 illustrates how the law acted as a temporary guardian, guiding believers until faith in Christ was revealed. Here, the guardian’s role is to instruct and protect, preparing believers for maturity and independence in faith.

Scripture also highlights spiritual guardianship within the Christian community. Church leaders are often described as spiritual guardians, responsible for the teaching, correction, and encouragement of the congregation. Their charge is to ensure the community remains rooted in the teachings of Christ, acting with great responsibility as they are ultimately accountable to God for those under their care.

Biblically, parents are also seen as guardians. Proverbs 22:6 instructs, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” This verse underscores the vital role guardians play in shaping the character and faith of the next generation.

At Grace and Truth Christian Academy, we embrace our calling to walk alongside parents in both the physical and spiritual development of every student. As guardians, we are committed to protecting, guiding, and instructing each student in biblical truth and grace. Our goal is to empower students to defend and live out their Christian faith, equipping them to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
